Ghee Fudge Bars

INGREDIENTS
1⁄4 cup melted Organic Valley Ghee Butter
Clarified Butter, Ghee 7.5 oz
1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 cup Butterscotch Chips

DIRECTIONS
1. In a sauce pan, over low heat, combine 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk and the melted Ghee. Mix well together.
2. Next, add 2 cups chocolate chips and 1 cup butterscotch chips to the condensed milk and ghee mixture. Stir everything together until both types of chips are melted.
3. Pour into a well-greased 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish.
4. Refrigerate until the fudge mixture cools and hardens. (Tip: this recipe can easily be altered to add your own twist! Walnuts, cracked sea salt or some orange zest would all be great options to t
