Our handmade, gluten free tortilla chips have the crunch of tradition, the satisfaction of a crispy, authentic mouthful. We start by grinding freshly cooked corn to make the dough for our perfectly baked tortillas. Then, we gently fry those tortillas into crisp, golden triangles and add a sprinkling of sea salt. Different from most tortilla chips.
